Eichardts Commercial Development

SPG was engaged by Skyline Enterprises Limited as the planning consultant for the development of a commercial building in central Queenstown, located in close proximity to Queenstown Bay.

The overall architectural design approach for the new building was to promote a building of high architectural quality that draws upon key contextual elements and specifically provides a response that, although modern in design, is sympathetic and responsive to Eichardts.

Resource consent was obtained on a non-notified basis for the client.
